Return of defective products o by error, do not correspond to the order
To return a defective product, please contact the MonoUso.pt Customer Service Centre through the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before 24 hours. email@example.com antes de 24 horas.
Once we have received the product, its condition has been checked and the delivery note on the package has been supervised, we will proceed to send the customer another item equal to the defective product that requested the customer without any expense. Only in case MonoUso.pt cannot supply this article will be returned to you both the cost and shipping costs of the return. To make the return you must send the order, through a courier and in the mode of postage due to the shop of MonoUso.pt. The delivery note on the inside of the package will appear next to the product.
Return of products, for not being satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you have 15 days to request its exchange or return. Exchanges are only accepted, in accordance with the legislation in force, upon presentation of: Proof of purchase, article purchased in the original conditions of sale, original packaging of the article and its accessories and components. The item must be correctly packed for return. Returns of open items will not be accepted.

To make the return must send the order, through a courier and in the modality paid deportes (that is the payment of the return will pay the customer who returns the goods) to the shop MonoUso.com.pt.
